Main Features

 

   1. The main frame adopts the overall spraying treatment, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion for a long time.
   2. The rubber roller is processed into a fully-sealed rubber roller with acid and alkali-resistant and wear-resistant natural rubber.
   3. The cylinder is used to control the tension and rectification. Among them, the mesh belt rectification adopts triple rectification protection device (pneumatic control; photoelectric control; stroke control) to ensure the normal operation of the mesh belt.
   4. The main drive adopts variable frequency speed regulation or mechanical stepless speed regulation.
   5. The system supporting process is excellent and stable. It adopts the combination of dynamic and static flocculation reaction, and the customer's operating fee is significantly lower than that of similar products.
   6. The rubber roller is processed into a blank by using a seamless steel tube through the shaft, and the bearing capacity of the rubber roller is better.
   7. The bearing seat adopts our factory's fully-sealed steel castings; the bearing adopts high-strength double-row self-aligning cylindrical roller bearings, whose bearing capacity is larger than that of ball bearings.
   8. Sink, cleaning box, etc. are made of high-quality PVC sheet, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service time.
   9. Screen rollers and bolts are made of high-quality materials.
