Audited Supplier A/O integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts contact oxidation method, which can efficiently remove N, P, BOD and COD of sewage in a smaller reactor.
Contact oxidation is a biofilm process between activated sludge process and biological filter. It is characterized in that a filler is set in the oxidation tank, the bottom of the tank is aerated to oxygenate the sewage, and the sewage in the tank is in a flowing state.
Aeration can ensure that the sewage and the filler in the sewage are fully contacted, and avoid the defect of uneven contact between the sewage and the filler in the biological contact oxidation tank.
An anaerobic tank is added before the oxidation tank. The function of the anaerobic tank is to use acid-producing bacteria to decompose long-chain organic matter in the water to produce short-chain small-molecule organic acids, alcohols, etc.
After the organic matter in the wastewater is hydrolyzed and acidified, the biodegradability is improved, which is beneficial to exert the biodegradation performance of the subsequent aerobic process, so that the whole process can be operated in energy saving and the effluent is excellent.
The oxygen required by the microorganisms is supplied by blast aeration. After the biofilm grows to a certain thickness, the microorganisms on the filler wall will undergo anaerobic metabolism due to lack of oxygen, and the generated gas and the scouring effect of aeration will cause the biofilm to fall off. The sloughed biofilm will flow out of the tank with the effluent.
