GSWF series vortex concave air float is the latest product developed by our company with the introduction of American technology, which has obtained the certificate of environmental protection product use in Shandong Province. The system has the advantages of low energy consumption, high efficiency, economical operation, simple operation, low investment cost, small occupation area and so on. It is widely used in papermaking, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, oil refining, starch, food and other industries of industrial sewage and municipal sewage treatment standards.

The untreated sewage first enters the super filter for pretreatment, and is preliminarily purified through screening and filtration. After treatment, the sewage is pumped or self-flowed to the air floatation machine, and the appropriate flocculant is added for coagulation.
Submersible concave aerator is the use of air conveying tube at the bottom of the gas impeller of the high speed rotation in the water to form a vacuum area, the liquid surface of the air is inhaled into the water, the micro bubbles, and spiral rise to the surface of the water, the oxygen in the air also entered the water.
Due to the pressure imbalance between the gas-water mixture and the liquid, a vertical upward buoyancy force is created, bringing the suspended matter to the liquid level. In the process of rising, the microbubbles will attach to the suspended object, and the suspended object will be supported by these bubbles after reaching the liquid surface, and will be removed by radial air thrust.
Suspended objects floating on the water surface are continuously removed by the driving type (or chain type) scraper, the scraper moves along the whole liquid level, and the suspended objects are pushed from the inlet end of the air float tank to the outlet end, through the inclined metal plate into the scum tank, and the collected sludge is sent into the sludge collection tank for storage and collection. For the sinking SS, a precipitation cone is designed.
Due to the relatively slow flow rate of water, the sinking SS can be deposited in the cone without interference, and then discharged regularly. After purification, the sewage enters the overflow tank through the outlet under the metal before discharge. The water level regulation device is designed on the overflow tank to control the water level of the air floating tank, so as to ensure that the sludge scraper will not blow the sewage into the scum discharge pipe when scraping.
