The main function of the concentration and dehydration section is to remove the freewater in the material, reduce the fluidity of the material, and prepare for the next stepof filtration. Iin order to improve the dewaterability of the sludge, improve theproperties of the filter cake, and increase the permeability of the material, the sludgeshould be chemically conditioned. The same as the belt filter press, the device of"water flocculation granulator" is added to achieve the effect of chemical dosing andflocculation. The method not only has good flocculation effect, but also can save a lotof chemicals, has low operating cost and obvious economic benefits.After the concentrated sludge is fully mixed with a certain concentration of flocculantin a static and dynamic mixer, the tiny solid particles in the sludge are aggregatedinto larger flocculent agglomerates, and free water is separated at the same time. Thesludge is transported to the concentrated gravity dewatering filter belt, and the freewater is separated under the action of gravity to form a non-flowing sludge, which isthen clamped between the upper and lower mesh belts, and passes through thewedge-shaped pre-pressing area and low pressure. Under the action of extrudingforce and shearing force from small to high pressure area, the sludge is qraduallysqueezed to achieve maximum separation of mud and water, and finally form a filtercake for discharge.
