 On the basis of GSTN belt filter press, our company has absorbed the principle and technology of the latest mechanical concentration and pressure filter dehydration abroad, developed a new belt type concentration and press filter, forming a new generation of concentration-pressure filter dehydration integrated machine. After adding coagulant, the sludge is fully mixed and flows into the feed distributor of the thickening section, and the sludge is distributed on the inclined thickening section. Under the action of the double guide of the mud rake and gravity, the free water of the sludge is rapidly removed along with the movement of the filter cloth. After gravity dewatering, the sludge will be transported to the gravity dewatering section of belt filter press for further dewatering. Then feed to the "S" shaped press section, in the "S" shaped press section, the sludge is sandwiched between the upper and lower two layers of press cloth, repeatedly pressed by a number of rollers with different diameters, to make the mud cake dewatering again, finally through the scraper to scrape the mud cake, and the upper and lower net belt in the operation process is constantly automatically cleaned. The machine has the characteristics of large production capacity and high sludge dewatering rate. It is widely used in municipal sludge, tailings, alcohol waste liquid, coal washing plant slime, paper mill sludge, slaughterhouse sludge, car washing plant sludge and sludge generated in various sewage treatment processes
