Working principles

 

The dust-laden airflow enters the cylindrical filter bag from the lower part, and the impurities with large particles fall directly into the ash hopper. When the dust-laden gas passes through the pores of the filter material, the dust is trapped on the filter material, and the clean gas passing through the filter material is The discharge port is discharged. The dust deposited on the filter material can fall off the surface of the filter material under the action of pulse flushing and fall into the ash hopper.
The ash in the ash hopper can be selectively added to the briquetting unit at the back end to compress the recyclable dust and large particles of impurities into brick-shaped blocks for use as downstream products or as biomass fuel to achieve plan.
