HC model rotary blower is delicately constructed with six main parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber. base (or oil tank), drip nozzle. Off-center placed rotor rotates within cylinder eccentrically, results in volume change of rotor vanes which helps draw air in. compress and finally push it out. The pressure differential automatically triggers required quantity of lubricating oil delivered through a drip nozzle to the cylinder for reducing friction and noise, while backflow can be reduced and controlled within the units.
