The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine uses the multi-ring automatic cleaning and filtration technology to replace the traditional screening process to ensure the stable sludge-water separation effect of the dewatering machine. The tiny gap between the fixed rings realizes the extrusion and dehydration of the sludge.

Application

This equipment is Widely used in chemicals, dyes, petroleum, ceramics, sugar, food, starch, caramel, paint, metallurgy and sewage treatment in various industries. It has the advantages of good separation effect, wide range of use, simple operation and low investment.

Working Principle

1. The dehydrator is composed of a fixed ring and a floating ring stacked on each other, and a filter device formed by the screw shaft running through it.
2. The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring and the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decrease from the concentration part to the dehydration part.
3. The rotation of the screw shaft pushes the sludge to be transported from the thickening part to the dewatering part, and at the same time drives the swimming ring to clean the filter seam to prevent clogging.
4. After the sludge is concentrated by gravity in the thickening part, it is transported to the dewatering part. In the process of advancing, with the gradual reduction of the filter seam and the pitch, and the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, a great internal pressure and volume are generated. Continue to shrink to achieve the purpose of full dehydration.
