GSWF series vortex concave air float is the latest product developed by our company with the introduction of American technology, which has obtained the certificate of environmental protection product use in Shandong Province. Working principle

Wastewater enters the unit through the water inlet, where the aerator and scattered air impeller generate fine, uniform bubbles. These bubbles attach to suspended solids, oil droplets, and contaminants in the water, lifting them to the surface to form a scum layer. The floating scum is then continuously removed by the chained scum skimmer. Clarified water flows toward the outlet end, where the liquid level adjust sink maintains optimal water level for stable separation, before clean water exits through the water outlet. This process efficiently separates algae, fine suspended solids, emulsified oil, and other pollutants, delivering treated water with improved clarity and quality.
