Combustion chamber configuration
Primary combustion chamber (Refractory bricks + carbon steel)
Combustion temperature: ≥800ºC
Function: Preliminary thermal decomposition and combustion of waste.
Secondary combustion chamber (Refractory bricks + carbon steel)
Combustion temperature: 850ºC - 1100ºC
Function: Thoroughly burn exhaust gas and incompletely burned residues at high temperature.
Features: Effectively decompose harmful substances such as dioxins to ensure the safety of exhaust gases.

Exhaust treatment system(Carbon steel + anti-corrosion)
Working principle: High-temperature flue gas passes through the spray tower, and the water mist fully contacts the flue gas to capture and remove particulate matter in the flue gas.

Dioxin control principle
High temperature decomposition: In the combustion chamber, dioxins are decomposed at temperatures 850-1100°C( can up to 1200°C).
Rapid cooling: The flue gas is quickly cooled to below 200°C through a water spray system to prevent dioxins from being regenerated in the medium temperature range (200-450°C).

Environmental performance
Effectively remove particulate matter and other harmful substances in the flue gas to ensure that exhaust emissions meet environmental standards.
Scope of application
Suitable for the safe incineration of sludge generated by sewage treatment, industrial waste, medical waste, municipal domestic waste, destruction of medicinal plants, disposal of dead animals and other hazardous wastes.
