1. Structure Introduction

2. Operating principle

When the dust-laden gas passes through the pores of the filter material, the dust is trapped on the filter material, and the clean gas passing through the filter material in The discharge port is discharged. The dust deposited on the filter material can fall off the surface of the filter material under the action of pulse flushing and fall into the ash hopper.
The ash in the ash hopper can be selectively added to the briquetting unit at the back end to compress the recyclable dust and large particles of impurities into brick-shaped blocks for use as downstream products or as biomass fuel to achieve plant revenue.

The processing equipment and the pneumatic gate valve intelligent linkage, when the processing equipment processing valve opens when the processing equipment idle valve closed. The waste of air volume can be avoided to the greatest extent and energy savings can be realized.
