1. The anoxic circulating filter bed + moving bed biofilm process has a high process load and a small footprint; it has a wide range of applications and great operational flexibility; it has high processing efficiency and is impact-resistant. The high microbial concentration and attached growth mode with strong impact resistance can effectively disperse the incoming water quality. Fluctuations, stable water output, and impact resistance are significantly higher than traditional activated sludge processes; it has strong tolerance to incoming water temperature, pH fluctuations and toxic substances.
2. The tank body is made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) material. The company independently develops production equipment and molds. HDPE material has good structural strength and corrosion resistance, and its service life can reach more than 30 years. The operation is self-balancing, and there is no need to manually control the sludge load and sludge concentration; due to the existence of solid suspended fillers, the process will not cause sludge expansion and sludge loss problems common in activated sludge processes; the lifespan of the main filler and aeration system It lasts for 10-20 years and is completely maintenance-free; it produces little mud and has a mud discharge cycle of 6-12 months; online remote monitoring and operation can be realized through the APP.
4. The sewage enters the tank through collection. In an anoxic environment, the biofilm on the filler is used to degrade organic matter and remove large particulate matter and suspended solids to improve the biodegradability of the sewage. After that, the sewage enters the aerobic tank and is aerated Under certain conditions, the biofilm on the suspended filler is used to further treat the sewage. The bottom nitrification liquid is flown back to the front-end anoxic tank for denitrification and denitrification treatment, and electrolysis of phosphorus is performed at the same time.
