1. Prepare the foundation according to the installation drawing and the foundation drawing. The size of the installation plan shall prevail. Make a concrete floor. The foundation requires an average pressure of 5t/m2. For equipment, if the equipment is installed below the floor, the relative elevation of the foundation from the floor shall be subject to the size of the drawing, and the surrounding excavation width and length must be more than 500mm away from the edge of the foundation for pipeline installation.
2. Pipeline installation and connection should be considered when the equipment is in place. When the equipment is in place, the self-weight of the equipment must be in accordance with the manual and the tonnage of the crane. The installation sequence should be in place according to the on-site comparison diagram. must be correct.
3. According to the installation drawing, connect the pipes. After the equipment is in place, the connecting pipes should be fastened with rubber pads so that the connection does not leak.
4. After the installation is completed, the equipment and the foundation must be connected and fixed. It is absolutely guaranteed that the equipment will not flow and float. At the same time, sewage must be injected into the equipment (when there is no sewage, use other water sources or tap water instead) The fullness must reach more than 70% to prevent the equipment Float up, and check the pipes for leaks at the same time. The pipelines in the water test must not leak, and the equipment will not rise from the ground water, which will cause the equipment to be dislocated and tilted.
5. After the equipment is installed and there is no problem, you can fill the gap around the equipment with soil and tamp it, and level the ground. When filling the soil, pay attention to: (1) The equipment manhole cover must be 200-500mm higher than the ground, (2) Do not allow soil to block the air intake on the manhole cover.
6. Connect the control line of the electric control cabinet to the equipment. Pay attention to the direction of the fan and the motor of the submersible sewage pump when wiring. The control cabinet should be placed in a ventilated place and kept dry. Generally, it should not be placed in the open air. and so on, so as to avoid the leakage of the control board and the wiring head and burn the control board.
1. One year warranty from the date of equipment handover and acceptance. During the warranty period, the equipment and facilities that are within the scope of the warranty will be repaired or replaced by our company free of charge.
