Working Principle

Although the use of aerobic biological treatment can effectively remove organic matter in sewage, the use of three-stage contact oxidation method consumes more energy. In order to achieve the purpose of saving energy, people have applied anaerobic technology to the treatment of low-concentration domestic sewage. Partial anaerobic technology has a long hydraulic retention time and is mainly used to treat high-concentration organic sewage. Partial anaerobic technology, namely hydrolysis-acidification process. In this process, packing is set in the hydrolysis reactor, and the sewage undergoes a series of physical, chemical and biological reaction processes in the reactor, and the suspended solids and colloidal substances are intercepted and adsorbed by the sludge layer of the reactor and microorganisms attached to the packing , becomes a soluble substance under the action of hydrolytic acidification bacteria. Due to the adoption of the hydrolysis-acidification treatment unit, only one stage of contact oxidation is required in the contact oxidation process to ensure that the sewage meets the standard discharge, thus effectively saving resources.
